Malcolm Sullivan
SSA Founder / Lead Judge
Malcolm A. Sullivan is the founder and lead judge of the Savannah Screenplay Awards. A screenwriter and entrepreneur based in Savannah, he created SSA to elevate emerging voices and strengthen the city’s growing film community. His work focuses on identifying compelling stories that combine strong craft with distinctive creative vision.

John Grace
Head of Film Department
Savannah Technical College
John Grace is a veteran film professional and educator with more than 25 years of experience in production and nearly two decades teaching film and media. He currently serves as Technical Film Instructor at Savannah Technical College in partnership with the Georgia Film Academy. His production credits include Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Independence Day: Resurgence, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, The Space Between Us, and Longmire.

Rima Lyn
Screenwriter/Story Analyst/Actor
Rima Lyn is a screenwriter, script coach, and story analyst with professional experience in screenplay development and coverage. Her writing has been recognized as a Nicholl Fellowship Quarterfinalist and a Sundance Lab Finalist. She has also written and directed a short film with a successful festival run and previously provided professional script coverage for Island Pictures.
